If you’ve received a notification that your order has already been packed up or you contact us and we’re unable to update the address, you can always set up a forwarding address or a redirect through the carrier on their website.
You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. At the top of this page, there is an “Order Tracking” module that you can use to check the status of packages at any time. You can also contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
We’re sorry to hear that you have not received your order! We first recommend checking your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox or mailroom to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. It’s also possible that your order was mis-delivered to a neighbor.
If you still have no luck locating your package and it’s been two days since you received your delivery notification, please contact us and we will help to make things right.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
